Archery GB looking for a Senior Olympic Coach

Archery GB is looking for a full-time coach with significant and demonstrable success in understanding what it takes to win at the highest levels of archery.

The new coach will be based at Lilleshall National Sports Centre.

He or she will be capable of working in a dynamic performance environment, taking responsibility for him/herself and being accountable for making a difference in and accross his/her areas of work.

His purpose will be to lead an Olympic coaching programme and preparation environment for a designated group of athletes seeking to achieve qualification for, and performances at, the Rio Olympics in 2016.

Applicants must have extensive knowledge of world class standards and practices in the sport of archery, coaching methodology accross a variety of archers and coaching process for technical/skill-based sports.

The closing date is Friday 9 October 2015. Late applications will not be accepted. Interviews dates to be advised.
