National Coach wanted in Colombia

      Natalia SANCHEZ won Colombia's first ever world medal in 2009    The national coach must initiate the preparation to Rio 2016, for which he/she must prepare a team with experienced and new archers. During 2013 and 2014 he/she will travel and coach the archers in the regions; in 2015 and 2016 in concentration (all together at the same location). He/she must raise the current level of men and ladies in order to be among the best nations of the events from the Olympic cycle: Bolivarian Games in November of 2013 - South American Games in March, 2014 - Central American Games in November of 2014 and Pan-American Games in September of 2015. He/she will benefit from the support of the National Coaches in all regions. The candidate should speak English and start working in February, 2013. Payment will be up to USD 5,000 / month. The coach will have to pay all personal expenses such as accommodation, food, health coverage, and tax on salary (10%).
