Former GB Olympic team manager passes away
Lausanne – 23 September 2011
David CLARKE, 74, a former Great Britain Archery Team Manager and a driving force behind the development of coaching, has passed away.
Mr CLARKE led the GB team at the Seoul Olympic Games in 1988 and again at the Barcelona Games in 1992. Under his watch, GB won successive men’s team bronze medals, while Simon TERRY won an individual bronze in Barcelona.
