Archery GB looking for a Paralympic Performance Manager

The Paralympic Performance Manager will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Paralympic Archery World Class Performance programme, leading the programme design, delivery, management and review towards qualification and medal-winning performances at Tokyo 2020.

Key responsibilities of the post will include creating and thriving a world leading high performance environment and medal winning culture, building strong relationships with stakeholders, including coaches, athletes, personnel and external partners.

The new Paralympic Performance Manager will be primarily based at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, and the position is funded until 31 March 2021.

Applicants must have extensive knowledge of world class standards, practices and systems in high performance sport and of archery, of people development (athlete, staff and practitioners), and significant experience of designing, delivering and evaluating strategic and operational plans and programmes.
