Live content from the Hyundai Archery World Cup, qualifiers for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and other major international events will be available to stream worldwide* to subscribers of the updated archery+ platform in 2024.

World Archery is launching an annual pass, priced at 49.99 EUR with an introductory offer of 29.99 EUR, for the next outdoor season. (Available to purchase soon.)

Single major event passes will also be available to buy, while live coverage of world ranking events, athlete features and educational content remains free of charge as the federation’s extensive archive is added to the platform over the next 12 months.

Streams from the ongoing Indoor Archery World Series will also be free to access for registered archery+ users. This includes the Taipei Open, with finals streaming on 10 December.

Live archery content will still be available to watch through World Archery’s international broadcast partners but this new centralised streaming destination means that archery fans around the globe won’t have to search for live coverage of major tournaments.

The new subscription offer and platform, powered by Joymo, will also see the launch of a coach cam for Hyundai Archery World Cup events, featuring podcast-style commentary from the world’s best archers and an exclusive perspective on the competitors as they take to the shooting line.

“Not only will this partnership make the sport easier to access but also allow us to invest additional resources into live production, engaging series and exciting new coverage formats,” said World Archery secretary general Tom Dielen.

The federation is scheduled to release two documentaries in the lead-up to the 2024 Olympics, including one on the Korean recurve women’s team, which is undefeated at the Games since 1988.

World Archery recently announced its first betting deal as the sport continues to expand its offering for fans.
