archery+ announces Target [Paris] – charting the road to the Olympics

Target: Paris cover image.

A three-part series documenting a group of elite archers on their paths to Paris 2024 is set to release on archery+ in the lead-up to this summer’s Olympics.

Target [Paris] will feature appearances from three-time World Archery Champion Kim Woojin of Korea, French home nation hopefuls Lisa Barbelin and Audrey Adiceom, and Brazilian Olympian Bernardo Oliveira, who upended his life to train halfway around the globe ahead of the Games.

All four athletes are at very different stages of their careers.

Kim is arguably the most talented technical archer in history but his Olympic record is limited to team success. With Paris potentially his third Games, is his window for an individual result closing?

France is guaranteed a full team to compete in its capital. Barbelin and Adiceom must still secure their spots on the squad.

Target [Paris] charts the individual journeys of these aspiring 2024 Olympians while uncovering the unseen process of preparing for the pinnacle event in world sport.

Three episodes are expected to release between May and July.
