  The countries that played at least one quarterfinals are: Australia, Belgium, Canada China, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Croatia, Denmark, Great Britain, Greece, France, India, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine and the USA!
