Tickets go on sale for 2016 world field in Dublin

The Dublin 2016 World Archery Field Championships run from 26 September to 2 October in the grounds of Kilruddery House, Bray.

More than 300 athletes from 30 countries are expected to attend the five days of field archery competition, over three unique courses, in the gardens next to the 18th century manor house. The event is the main qualifier for the field archery competition at the 2017 World Games in Wroclaw, Poland.

Kevin MacDermott, organising committee chairman, said the team was “proud and privileged” to be hosting the event, while Jennifer Churchward, manager of Falite Ireland’s event team, added:

“Kilruddery House and Gardens provide a magical backdrop. We wish all those travelling to Ireland for the championships a warm welcome and a successful competition.”
