Addition of a new Singaporean Junior Women archer for the Mixed Team event

Due to the withdrawal of a Junior Women archer, there are 31 girls and 32 boys in the Archery competition currently. As a result, the last ranked Junior Men archer could not take part in the Mixed Team event.   It was agreed by FITA and the IOC, as an exceptional case, to add Singaporean Junior archer Elizabeth CHEOK to the Mixed Team event. With this addition, the latest ranked Junior Men archer can form a mixed team with this new Junior Women archer. This mixed team can participate at the 1/16 elimination round. As a result, the 1st ranked Junior Men will form a mixed team with the 31st ranked Junior Women, the 2nd will be paired with the 30th, and so on.   The new Junior Women archer will not take part in the individual competition.   World Archery Communication
